This client-side predictor:
  1. Applies smoothing to historical price data (EMA).
  2. Fits a linear regression (price vs day) and optionally a quadratic term for curvature.
  3. Generates daily predicted prices for the chosen horizon, adjusts them with trend momentum and a volatility factor.
Replace this with your server ML model or a beef market API by sending "historical" and "form" to your server endpoint and returning predictions.
